Windows XP: SFC /Scannow ERROR!

Pas mau restore system file dengan "kata ajaib"
sfc /scannow
muncul error seperti ini:

Windows File Protection could not initiate a scan of protected system files.

The specific error code is 0x000004dd [The operation being requested was not per
formed because the user has not logged on to the network.
The specified service does not exist.
].

pada tulisan yang saya tebali menyebutkan kalau proses tidak dapat di eksekusi karena service tidak ada, ternyata error tersebut disebabkan oleh user credentials karena saya menggunakan user account dengan restricted access, meskipun saya menggunakan authorized command dengan runas sebagai administrator perintah tersebut tetap tidak bisa di eksekusi.

Solusi: Login kedalam account Administrator
